     PUZZLE CONTEST!     

This contest is open to all members of Brian's World regardless of which neighborhood they live in.  New pieces to this puzzle will be added from time to time until someone figures out what the puzzle is all about.  Members will only be able to make one guess per day and will lose $100 every time they guess wrong.  However, whoever gets the right answer will immediately win $2000 and will also win $2000 for their own city budget.  Pictured below are the pieces of the puzzle.
