The city
budget will have cash added as members of the community win cash on
Brian's World in the areas of Game of the Month, Hump Day Lotto,
Neighborhood Contests, Fantasy Teams, Spinwheel winners, and Ruler
of the Hill. Cash will only go to the neighborhood
budget where the winning member resides.
