This world is based on a format from a
BBS that has been running successfully for more
than 10 years. Bringing it to the web is a big step in that it can reach
farther to friends,
family, and new friends yet to be made. The most important intention is to
bring a little
bit of fun and relaxation into these lives, while enjoying the company of anyone
else who joins.
The basic format is that this site will
offer questions and competitions that will allow you
to collect Brian's World money and worldly goods. Of course, much like the "real
world" the people who
have the most money are held in high esteem, and yet everyone is treated
as the
important people that they are. Again the whole perspective is to have
fun.
There is no pressure for anyone to join
this site. We only want those people who want
to check in with us at least once in a while to share the fun. You'll find
that the screens and
ideas change often in order to keep your interest . Hopefully
you'll find that come
back often in order to "get-away" to this world and enjoy yourself.

Helpful Hints: 2. Playing the game of the month helps make this site more fun. The friendly competition is great, and if you happen to score in the top group, you collect some big $$. 3. The auction is real. Though the cash in your account is make-believe, it can earn you real prizes - mailed to your home. 4. Participate in the Shout Box. The more you talk to other people and get to know them, the more fun everything is when you see their names on this site. Plus you can make new friends at the same time. 5. Purchase stocks from the stock market. These investments can bring you in some great cash if you pick the right ones and know when to sell. 6. Put in an application to Brian's World Headquarters from the Command Center. As long as you report to work (just punch in) you'll get $50 per day. Paychecks issued at the end of the month provided you've been hired and work at least 10 days. Bonuses and free give-aways from the people who work there! 7. Buy a Race Horse for the track when you can afford it. You get to name the horse, and then you watch to see how it does. Can be a real moneymaker! 8. If you collect any Hall of Fame trading cards, you can turn them in for cash toward your account. Some people prefer to just collect them. You can also earn gold bricks if you get lucky.
